Artist Statement

My work explores the intersection of light, shadow, and human emotion through contemporary visual narratives. Each piece is an investigation into the subtle moments that define our shared experience, capturing the ephemeral beauty found in everyday encounters.

Through careful composition and deliberate use of color, I seek to create spaces for contemplation and connection. The work invites viewers to pause, to look more closely, and to find their own stories within the visual dialogue.

Biography

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I have been creating visual art for over fifteen years. My work has been exhibited in galleries across the region, and I hold an MFA in Fine Arts from the University of Washington.

My practice encompasses both traditional and digital media, always with an emphasis on authentic expression and technical excellence. When not in the studio, I can be found exploring the natural landscapes that continue to inspire my work.
